Damn how... how... 懐かしい… whatsit? Nostalgic, sort of.

*smiles*

How wonderful.

Well, there you've got it again. You don't have to look good to make great music.
Though... it enhances... things. x3
There's nothing wrong with looking splendid as well~ ♥

@ unsraws_bitch Wasn't that the song your grandma said that he sounded as if he had a bad stomach ache? xD

Anyway, he kinda stole his hair from Robert Plant, didn't he... [yeah I ~know~ that they 'all' had that kind of hair but...]

It strongly reminded me of them anyway, so why not just...

Though well, he does have more locks.

Jimmy.... (;________;)

There are better recordings of this, but I couldn't find the ones I've got on... DVD ... *sly*

To find a queen without a king,
They say she plays guitar and cries and sings ♪

Hit it, Bonzo~ ♥

And there you also have my inspiration for using violin bows on my guitar 8D~

I've been dazed and confused... for so long, it's not true...
Lots of people talk and few of them know,
Soul of a woman was created below~

Awwwwwww, I already expected it from the title, at least I hoped for it.

I love this song by Deep Purple.
One of the songs I grew up with.
I don't deal that much with music from that time, but this one is, don't know, can't put it into words.

Didn't watch the vids, I actually don't see them, blocked all stuff like this, but checked the links just to be sure.
Don't wanna kill my comp.

I remember a situation from my later youth, when I was like 17 or 18. My parents complained about Alanis Morissette's and Gwen Stefani's voice, saying they would sing like kinda 'kreischen', but not in a sense of screaming, know what I mean? Or maybe they also meant this.
I just looked at them the next time they listened to 'Child in time' on high volume and asked them what he's doing, if those women already scream.
The only reply I got was that this is good music, which made me laugh much more.
I never queried this but he's screaming much more.
Hah, which reminds me, next time my mother complains 達郎's screaming too much in 「朽木の灯」 I'll ask her again about 'Child in time'.
I really don't like this narrow-mindedness of my parents.
She's telling me she likes 達郎's voice as long as he's singing not screaming.

Mah, I somehow got off the track a bit. *chuckles*

*laughs* Hnnn~~ I think the only Deep Purple songs I really listened too were this one, and of course Smoke on the Water.
Both sure are epic songs.

Hnn, maybe they expect women to sing beautifully, and not express their voices in such 'loud' ways.

Hmmm well... there is a slight difference between the sort-of screamsinging as he's doing in Child of Time, and the desperate heart-rending sort of screaming as in 朽木の灯 and other Jsongs. Most rockers from that time 'scream' in some songs, but it's kinda different.
But do that, ask her about Child in time and 朽木の灯w. Guess they just can't feel the music in our songs.

Oh my fucking gods, YEAH, that was the song I listened to at my cousin's home. I guess I was still a child, not older than 9 or 10, and I LOVED Deep Purple's Child in Time!!!! Yepp, my grandma said what you quoted ... I guess this was sort of trigger for me to love Deep Purple even more ... Yes, I always was kind a rebel ... loving things, that "normal" people disliked or even detested or hated ...

Trip back to my cousin's room, lying on the floor, listening to Deep Purple and reading "Fix & Foxi" comics ...
