久しぶり~!
無沙汰ごめんなチャイナ…

I thought I'd wanted to translate more ClearVeil, ]To be honest, I thought that already after my first translation of a ClearVeil song >>’] and well, here I go ^-^
I chose this one as a starter because... hm, well for one, because I seem attracted to things that are about the Moon in some way, and for the other, it didn't seem too non-manageable without help. There'll very probably still be mistakes and all... Can never quite eliminate those. >.<

I got the kanji lyrics from the booklet. Romaji and translation are done by me. Things that are written in English in the original are in italics in the translation. Katakana are in CAPITALS.Notes are to be found at the end of the post.

As usual, do not repost these without credits and link to the original source. [= this post]

上弦の月

ふと見上げた月 綺麗で
君のこと想う…会いたい

同じ月の下 遠くには
感じないけれど いつも…

そっと そっと
上弦の月 見上げたまま
独り想う

月のように魅せる世界
君と創りたいだけ
このメロディで
the first quarter

昇らなきゃ 惹かれないなら 光れないなら [1]

何処までも昇るから
ただ傍に…いて
the first quarter
俺のワガママさ

月のように深めよう
いびつな形でいい
完璧なんてないから
それぞれ 君らしくがいい
美しくなくていい
微笑み浮かべ輝ける月が
綺麗だ…だろ?

月のように魅せる世界
君と創りたいだけ
このメロディで
the first quarter

昇らなきゃ 惹かれないなら 光れないなら [1]

何処までも昇るから
ただ傍に…いて
the first quarter
君と…
想いが届くように…
the first quarter

Waxing Moon
The moon I suddenly looked up upon is beautiful
I think of you… I want to see you

Under the same moon in the distance
I don't feel you but always…

Quietly Quietly
As I was looking up at the waxing moon
I'm thinking all by myself

A world that can enchant like the moon
I only want to build it with you
With this Melody
the first quarter

I have to rise if I'm not being captivated if I can't shine [see 1]

Because I ascend anywhere
I'll just be…by your side [5]
the first quarter
My selfishness [see 3]

Like the moon, let's deepen
It's okay if it's in an elliptical shape
Because something like perfect doesn't exist
Respectively it's okay if it's like you
It's okay if it's not beautiful
The moon that can sparkle because it's being all smiles
Is beautiful…isn't it?

A world that can enchant like the moon
I only want to build it with you
With this Melody
the first quarter

I have to rise if I'm not being captivated if I can't shine [see 1]

Because I ascend anywhere
I'll just be…by your side
the first quarter
With you…
So that my feelings reach…
the first quarter…

Notes
[1] Saki sings only 'hikaranai' once. From merely hearing it, you wouldn't really know which word he actually used. He gives us two versions in the lyrics, and puts those parallel in the booklet.
[2] He sings 'oto' (sound) instead of 'merodi'
[3] He doesn't sing 'ore no' (my), instead has the selfishness' relatedness become somewhat vague
[4] Saki omits the 'darou', making it much more (securer) a statement, "The Moon is beautiful."
[5] In general, in the song it's not specified who is where and who. It does not specifically say 'you' here. Note that my translation is just one way of interpreting the line/song.

Not quite as many explanatory notes as it were with 零〜ZERO〜, but still ... *laughs*
I love that about Saki, in almost every song he uses words that sound like those you would have expected, but turn out to be others. Which reminds me, I actually have another translation at hand... Should post that one, too? *laughs*
